Own and define the Quality Engineering strategy and automation roadmap for CIAM platforms focusing on UI, API, and data testing excellence.
Design and architect enterprise-grade test automation frameworks, ensuring robust automation coverage and quality governance across microservices, APIs, data flows, and identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP).
Mentor QE teams, lead quality-first delivery in partnership with product and engineering leadership, and drive continuous integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Automation Testing.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, or TypeScript; proven experience designing scalable automation frameworks (BDD, TDD, hybrid).
Experience with UI & API automation (Selenium, Playwright, Pytest) and data testing including SQL and data pipeline verification.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and knowledge of CIAM domain technologies (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
