Operations Lead - Physical AI Video Annotation

Own end-to-end operations for large-scale egocentric video annotation programs with 100+ annotators and freelancers.

Responsible for workforce planning, daily production management, onboarding, training coordination, and delivery targets adherence.

Manage annotation and QC workflows, maintain SOPs, production tracking, and client reporting, while improving processes with product and tooling teams.

5+ years experience in AI data or video annotation operations.

Proven experience managing a workforce of 100+ annotators including freelancers.

Direct experience with industrial video, robotics, or Physical AI datasets is mandatory.

Location: Bengaluru (On-site, 6 days a week). Immediate joiners preferred.

Experienced in managing large, distributed annotation teams with a focus on operational efficiency and timely delivery.

Domain expertise in egocentric video annotation including chunking, temporal action segmentation, action labels, keypoints, and natural language descriptions.

Strong skills in workforce planning, escalation handling, stakeholder communication, and using annotation platforms and data dashboards.
