Operations Lead - Physical AI Video Annotation

Own and manage large-scale egocentric video annotation programs, including workforce planning and daily production for 100+ annotators and team leads.

Manage onboarding, training coordination, scheduling, task allocation, and performance management for a workforce including freelancers.

Ensure on-time delivery by tracking productivity, turnaround time, coordinating workflows, managing rework, and maintaining SOPs and client-ready reports.

5+ years of experience in AI data or video annotation operations.

Proven experience managing a workforce of 100+ annotators and freelancers.

Mandatory direct experience with industrial video, robotics, or Physical AI datasets.

Location: Bengaluru (Work from office, Domlur, 6 days a week).

Experienced in handling large distributed annotation teams with freelancer management.

Deep domain knowledge in egocentric video annotation processes including action segmentation and keypoint labeling.

Skilled in workforce planning, delivery management, operational problem resolution, and cross-team collaboration with product and tooling teams.
