Consult with internal clients to translate business requirements into software technology designs, including preparing technical requirements and system flowcharts.
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software code and systems supporting software solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and SLAs.
Support continuous integration and deployment processes, error analysis, documentation, and production environment operations related to software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
Relevant DevOps and Agile certifications preferred; cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scripting/programming language certifications preferred.
Experience in software development and support, deploying software solutions in outsourced/multi-team environments, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
Workplace type: Hybrid; Work Experience Required: Relevant experience within Software Development and Support.

Experience working across multiple geographies in multi-team IT environments supporting client software deployments.
Ability to manage medium complexity technology environments holistically, including platforms, databases, operating systems, and storage.
Skills in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment/release management, and automation tooling for continuous software delivery.
