Minimum Requirements
6+ years of software development experience with a strong performance engineering and automation focus.
Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) and scripting languages such as Ruby, Java, Go, or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), version control (Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and automating comprehensive performance testing in complex enterprise or cloud environments.
Comfortable working with modern web technologies, security performance considerations, and DevOps/Agile practices.
Skilled in developing self-service tools and frameworks to increase developer efficiency and system scalability.
