Prepare complete US GAAP and IFRS financial statements including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Notes to Accounts from scratch.
Manage complex technical accounting issues related to financial instruments and financial products.
Support M&A accounting activities and contribute to systems and process improvements in reporting platforms.
Minimum Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in technical accounting and financial reporting.
Strong preference for candidates with Big 4 advisory experience focused on client advisory or technical accounting consulting.
Deep domain knowledge in Financial Services, especially financial instruments and complex financial products.
Ability to independently prepare full financial statements and disclosures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex accounting and financial reporting tasks in financial services or similar regulated environments.
Comfortable working independently on end-to-end financial statement preparation with technical proficiency.
Has prior exposure to M&A transaction accounting and potentially financial platform implementations.
