Manage end-to-end Windows Server and on-premises infrastructure including VMware vSphere, Nutanix HCI, Dell Isilon storage, and HPE GreenLake.
Administer Active Directory, domain services, hybrid identity (Entra ID), recurring patching cycles, vulnerability remediation, and enforce change control.
Operate cloud infrastructure workloads (AWS, Azure) alongside on-premises estate; provide 2nd/3rd level support, ensure performance, security, availability, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in systems engineering or administration with substantial hands-on Windows Server experience.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Nutanix HCI, enterprise storage (Dell Isilon/SAN/NAS), cloud IaaS (AWS/Azure), patching, vulnerability remediation, and PowerShell automation.
Experience with domain lifecycle management and supporting Entra ID hybrid identity.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years; Location: Navi Mumbai shift-based role; Certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware VCP-DCV).
