Operate and continuously improve Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange, email security gateways (Proofpoint, Defender), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune endpoint management.
Own end-to-end mail flow management, security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailbox lifecycle, distribution list administration, license assignment and reclaim, automating recurring tasks via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Act as second and third level support escalation, technical guide, and maintain documentation and compliance evidence within a multidisciplinary infrastructure team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years Microsoft 365 administration experience with at least 4 years on Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Proofpoint or equivalent email gateway, Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory administration, Microsoft Intune endpoint management, and Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting skills; experience with Microsoft Purview; global support experience; fluent English; relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MS-102, MS-203, SC-300, MD-102).

Experienced administrator able to manage large enterprise Microsoft 365 hybrid environments with advanced mail flow, security, and identity skills.
Operates with strong automation mindset to replace recurring manual tasks, and maintains platform stability by planning around Microsoft's release and deprecation cycles.
Comfortable handling complex escalations, cross-team collaboration, compliance evidence for audits, and clear technical documentation to reduce single-person dependency.
