Own end-to-end administration and security of Microsoft 365 platform components including Exchange Online (hybrid), Proofpoint email gateway, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Manage mail flow, license lifecycle, mailbox hygiene, identity synchronization, conditional access, endpoint compliance, and collaboration governance with automation through PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to reduce manual workload.
Serve as escalation point for complex messaging, identity and endpoint issues, maintain compliance and documentation, and proactively absorb Microsoft service changes and security advisories.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments with at least 4 years covering Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange administration.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Proofpoint or equivalent email gateway, SPF/DKIM/DMARC implementation, Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive administration.
Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph experience for automation; professional English communication; experience supporting globally distributed users across multiple time zones; relevant Microsoft certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Operationally disciplined, automation-focused approach to recurring administration tasks with thorough documentation and change control.
Experience in compliance-driven environments supporting multi-national organizations and able to proactively manage platform changes and security threat response.
