Operate, secure, and continuously improve the Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange, email security gateway (Proofpoint), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
Automate recurring administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to manage mailboxes, groups, licenses, identity, and device compliance at scale.
Provide second and third level escalation support for complex messaging, identity, and endpoint issues; maintain documentation and runbooks to ensure platform knowledge is shared and sustainable.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise, with 4+ years specifically on Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Hybrid messaging, email security gateways (specifically Proofpoint or equivalent), Entra ID and Active Directory hybrid management, Microsoft Intune device and compliance policy administration, and Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive governance.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills with Microsoft Graph usage for automation; professional English communication; experience supporting globally distributed users; certifications like MS-102, MS-203, SC-300 or MD-102 preferred.
