Systems Engineer (Wintel) Night Shift

Administer and maintain the full lifecycle of Windows Server estate, including hardware, virtualization (VMware vSphere, Nutanix), enterprise storage (Dell Isilon, SAN, NAS), and Active Directory domain services.

Manage and execute recurring patching cycles, vulnerability remediation, and formal change control for on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).

Operate within a shift-based multidisciplinary infrastructure team to ensure performance, security, availability, disaster recovery readiness, and technical escalation support.

7+ years hands-on experience in systems engineering or administration, specifically with Windows Server and Active Directory domain services.

Proven hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise storage systems (Dell Isilon or equivalent), and administration of cloud IaaS workloads in AWS and Azure.

Strong proficiency in Active Directory domain administration including forest/domain structure, FSMO roles, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, and support for Entra ID hybrid identity.

Experience working in shift-based operations and executing structured handovers; professional English communication; relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced infrastructure engineer with deep expertise in Windows Server platform, virtualization, storage, and hybrid cloud operations managing end-to-end systems within formal change and security processes.

Comfortable operating in a regimented, shift-based support environment with strong operational discipline and the ability to provide technical guidance and escalation resolution.

Skilled in automation (PowerShell), vulnerability remediation, and hybrid identity integration, with ability to align hybrid workloads considering performance, resilience and cost-efficiency.
