Own end-to-end quality, organization, and maintenance of connector documentation for secure integrations across customer systems.
Develop and maintain automation, scripts, and AI workflows to keep documentation accurate, fresh, validated and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation risks, define quality measures, and improve customer technical documentation experience.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years experience creating or maintaining technical documentation for complex software products.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technical communication, engineering, or relevant field.
Proficient programming skills in at least one language, preferably Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
Ability to work onsite in Bangalore office (hybrid format: 3 days/week onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building, debugging, and maintaining automation/scripts to support documentation workflows and quality checks.
Deep understanding of complex software product configuration, authentication, permissions, and administrative workflows.
Proficient in applying advanced AI techniques beyond content generation to maintain documentation accuracy and scalability.
