Senior Project Manager – Learning Content Delivery | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only

Own end-to-end project plans for all learning content projects from brief to final release, ensuring timely delivery within the Design Studio.

Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and manage capacity planning across instructional designers, developers, and multimedia designers to prevent production bottlenecks.

Maintain risk and issue logs, scope change control, and manage client relationships with direct engagement including resetting expectations and guiding scope or timelines.

8+ years of project management experience in digital learning content or comparable creative/production work with senior client-facing responsibility.

Experience managing multiple concurrent content projects to fixed deadlines using Agile/sprint-based and traditional project management methods.

Bachelor's degree is required; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

India-based candidates only; role requires onsite presence in Noida, India; occasional international travel may be needed.

Experienced in managing complex client relationships confidently, able to push back and reset expectations as needed.

Proficient in capacity planning and workflow management for multi-disciplinary creative/design teams handling digital learning content.

Comfortable operating in Agile environments with hands-on use of project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project.
