Design and build full-stack AI features across backend (.NET Core, Python FastAPI) and frontend (React, Next.js) technologies.
Develop and manage agentic AI systems featuring tool calling, multi-step workflows, RAG pipelines, and structured output handling.
Implement AI-native UX patterns and robust evaluation pipelines including golden datasets, regression gates, and CI controls to ensure production quality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience building production software including full-stack and AI-enabled systems.
Proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API, .NET Core, React/Next.js, Python (FastAPI), and experience with agentic AI systems (tool calling, multi-step workflows, RAG).
Experience with AI evaluation frameworks (golden datasets, regression gates, CI quality controls) and AI UX patterns (confidence indicators, citations, fallback states).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience successfully shipping user-facing AI product features across backend and frontend stacks, indicating strong end-to-end ownership.
Competence in managing complex AI platform engineering, including LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering, vector stores, and context window strategies.
Familiarity with generative AI development workflows including use of AI coding assistants and handling multi-agent orchestration with reliability and failure handling.
