About This Role
- Build and scale data, analytics, and AI capabilities focused on digital assets and emerging market infrastructure to enhance Moody's Ratings' analytical capabilities.
- Integrate and improve accessibility, quality, and usability of diverse digital asset and market data sources in partnership with technology and business stakeholders.
- Develop quantitative and AI-driven analytical approaches to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making and support risk assessment in digital financial markets.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, machine learning, financial analytics, digital assets, capital markets or risk analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, computer science, engineering, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or related field.
- Strong programming, data engineering, and data modeling skills with experience handling large complex datasets.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including on-chain and off-chain sources.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics in financial or market-facing contexts, especially related to digital assets and tokenization.
- Ability to translate complex digital asset and market concepts into actionable quantitative insights and scalable data solutions.
- Proven track record of collaborating across analytical, technology, business, and external stakeholder teams to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.
