Design and build end-to-end full-stack AI features including tables, document-centric interfaces, review flows, and real-time interactions.
Develop and maintain agentic AI systems with multi-step workflows, tool integration, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and structured output management.
Implement, test, and evaluate AI capabilities using evaluation pipelines with golden datasets, regression gates, and CI controls to ensure high-quality user-facing AI product features.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience building production software including full-stack applications and AI-enabled systems.
Hands-on experience with .NET Core/ASP.NET Core Web API, React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI).
Proven experience with agentic systems (tool calling, multi-step workflows, RAG) and AI evaluation frameworks (golden datasets, regression gates, CI quality controls).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with both backend and frontend AI product engineering, capable of handling complex UX patterns like confidence indicators, citations, fallbacks, and human review.
Skilled in AI platform engineering including Python async frameworks, LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering, RAG pipeline construction, and vector database integration.
Familiar with generative AI tools and code assistants, applying judgement for AI-generated code quality, and knowledgeable about multi-agent orchestration and failure handling.
