About This Role
- Own SAP FI configuration and support for core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, tax configuration, and month-end close.
- Translate business finance requirements into SAP FI configurations, functional specs, and test cases to support system enhancements and project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, MM, SD, CO, Treasury) for integration, defect resolution, and support documentation maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on SAP FI configuration and support experience in a complex SAP environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, migration, or rollout projects.
- Based in Bengaluru with ability to work EU shift timing (12:30pm-9:30pm IST); hybrid work setup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in SAP FI configuration across all major components with demonstrated ability to handle complete configuration and support lifecycles.
- Experience working in global IT support or project delivery environments across multiple time zones, collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with SAP FI integration with MM, SD, CO, Treasury, and exposure to SAP Central Finance, Fiori apps, or workflow/reporting tools is advantageous.
