Inventory Management Technician (Servers)

Execute and coordinate material management and inventory control, including receiving, tracking, stock replenishment, allocation, kitting, and delivery to support business and project needs.

Manage domestic and international shipping operations, including scheduling, packaging, carrier communication, and preparation of regulatory and shipping documentation.

Analyze material and inventory data to identify shortages and risks; recommend and implement process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and fulfillment efficiency.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Typically, 2+ years' relevant work experience in material management or inventory control.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office; experience with domestic and international shipping documentation.

Onsite work required at HPE office, adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Experienced in end-to-end material management and logistics operations with technical expertise to resolve complex inventory issues independently.

Capable of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, logistics, and lab teams to ensure timely material availability and operational support.

Strong analytical skills for data-driven inventory management and process improvement initiatives.
