Design, enhance, and develop firmware components including embedded code, BMC applications, and BIOS/UEFI subsystems.
Lead multiple project teams involving internal and outsourced partners for end-to-end software system design, coding, testing, and integration.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in firmware development or related areas.
Strong programming skills in C and C++ with experience in server manageability domain and openBMC or Yocto-based BMC firmware.
Experience with ARM processors or similar system controllers, RTOS (Green Hills Integrity, Embedded Linux), Linux device driver development, and debugging tools like gdb, kdb, JTAG.

Experienced leader capable of managing multi-disciplinary and outsourced development teams for complex firmware platforms.
In-depth knowledge of firmware architecture, server industry standards, and system integration across multiple platform types.
Proven track record of innovation with patents or deployed software solutions and strong skills in debugging and testing complex embedded systems.
