About This Role
- Support daily operations, maintenance, and monitoring of DevXOps platforms including JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Actions Runners, and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated platform services and participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform availability and reliability.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, incident management, automation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience or relevant internship/co-op in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Basic knowledge of Linux administration, cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.
