HRIS Business Analyst – AI & Digital Transformation (m/f/d)

Own end-to-end HR technology transformation including process analysis, gap identification, and translating HR business needs into scalable AI, automation, and HRIS solutions.

Design, build, and maintain AI-powered internal tools and automation workflows using platforms like Claude, n8n, UiPath, and Python, ensuring secure integration within the HR Tech ecosystem.

Lead HR Tech initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation across hire-to-retire lifecycle, focusing on improvements in HR service delivery, security models, payroll, and HRIS systems.

6+ years in HR Tech Analyst, HR Business/Process Analyst, AI & Automation Analyst, or similar with deep Workday and hire-to-retire HR domain expertise.

Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (n8n, Python, UiPath, Generative AI/LLMs) and deploying internal cloud applications with secure API integrations.

Experience with Claude/GenAI deployment including RBAC/ABAC authentication and governance for sensitive HR data.

Role based in Gurugram or Bangalore with minimum 3 days office presence weekly; must collaborate across European, APAC and US time zones.

Senior analyst with strong domain expertise in Workday and hire-to-retire HR processes capable of converting complex business problems into scalable tech solutions.

Technical operator fluent in AI-driven automation, cloud application deployment, and enterprise-grade security models.

Product-minded individual experienced in leading cross-functional HR Tech projects and improving user-centric service desks, portals, and workflows in a hybrid, global collaboration environment.
