Own installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of data platform components across on-premises Development, QA, and Production environments.
Administer and support platform operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance management on VMware infrastructure integrated with enterprise security (IAM and PAM).
Integrate deployment and platform configuration processes with Git and support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Data Platform Engineering, infrastructure, or platform administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with on-premises data platform installation and platform administration.
Work location: Saudi Arabia (on-site or hybrid based on project requirements).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Operates effectively in complex on-premises environments with cross-functional collaboration involving Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams.
Experienced in VMware-based infrastructure administration with strong emphasis on enterprise security integration (IAM and PAM).
Comfortable managing platform deployments and operations across Development, QA, and Production environments along with container orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes.
