Support operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DevXOps engineering platforms including JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Actions Runners, and Ansible Automation Platform.
Serve as primary point of contact (SPOC) for selected platform services and participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform availability and reliability.
Contribute to automation initiatives, maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor platform health, and document operational procedures following security and compliance best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
1+ years of experience or relevant internship/co-op in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
Basic knowledge of Linux system administration, cloud platforms, version control (Git), CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Early-career professional with foundational experience in platform engineering or DevOps environments learning under senior engineers.
Familiar with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure automation tools such as Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and observability tools like Grafana or Prometheus.
Intent on developing technical skills through hands-on involvement in platform operations, troubleshooting, and automation within a global team context.
