Create and own the software quality assurance process following ISO 25010 and V-model frameworks.
Develop and execute test strategies and plans to validate hardware and firmware performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
Lead the firmware quality assurance department with future potential for direct reporting and continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or closely related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in hardware and firmware quality assurance, preferably in variable speed drives or power electronics.
Mandatory skills include Firmware C-Code & Embedded C programming, strong knowledge of V-model process and ISO 25010, and MATLAB & SIMULINK proficiency.
Experience with hardware and embedded systems testing methodologies including functional, regression, and environmental testing is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with team lead capabilities in firmware quality assurance within hardware/embedded system domains.
Strong technical background in firmware validation, including motor control algorithms, communication protocols, and safety-critical functions.
Well-versed in industry quality and safety standards (IEC 61800, ISO 25010, UL) and managing cross-functional collaboration with hardware and firmware teams.
