Represent Gurucul externally with customers, analysts, and industry audiences; collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on go-to-market plans and adoption metrics.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years product management or leadership experience, including 3+ years in enterprise cybersecurity, insider risk, data protection, compliance, or related security domain.
Strong commercial judgment in market opportunity, buyers, competition, pricing, and packaging with demonstrated impact.
Technical fluency in integrations, analytics, APIs, and enterprise workflows; ability to produce clear requirements.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years product management; Location: US-based (hybrid El Segundo, CA or remote within the US).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing security products for Insider Risk Management and AI risk or agent security workflows with cross-functional stakeholder engagement (Security, HR, Legal, Privacy).
Proven ability to lead product discovery and validation through interviews, hypothesis testing, prototypes, pilot programs, and measurement of real-world outcomes.
Skilled in communicating complex security and AI product concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences, including industry analysts and public forums.
