Mobilise workforce of 100 people within 24–48 hours in any new city in India to start operations.
Build and manage recruiting networks, city managers, operators, and regional heads to ensure workforce readiness, onboarding, training, and logistics.
Own shipping, equipment distribution, daily operational metrics (attendance, productivity, costs, data quality, equipment utilisation), and problem resolution across cities.
Minimum Requirements
Experience mobilising large workforces or launching field operations under tight deadlines across multiple Indian cities.
Proven ability to hire and manage city managers, field operators, and regional leaders.
Direct experience managing logistics, shipping, and equipment or inventory for distributed teams.
Willingness to work long hours and travel at short notice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has built and maintained reliable recruiting networks delivering workforce on short notice in India.
Experienced in managing distributed field operations with high operational rigor and accountability.
Comfortable handling logistics, equipment deployment, and resolving operational problems proactively.
