Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage engagement budgets, mentor junior team members, and contribute to knowledge management and methodology development.
Minimum Requirements
Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.
Willingness and availability to travel at least 50% of the time and commute within the region; valid passport required.
Work Experience Required: 0-1 year post-qualification experience in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has foundational knowledge of compliance, financial and operational risks, internal controls, and SOX framework.
Comfortable managing multiple aspects of internal audit engagements including planning, testing, and delivering client recommendations.
Prepared to work in dynamic client environments requiring travel and collaboration with diverse teams.
