Minimum Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, enterprise platforms, or cloud-native services.
3+ years experience developing backend services using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Experience with automated test frameworks and validation tooling including JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, Selenium, or Playwright.
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating scalable, microservices-based cloud-native backend platforms with automated quality engineering.
Ability to own full software lifecycle combining development and quality responsibilities, including AI-assisted testing and development practices.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, Architecture, and Platform to deliver robust, customer-focused solutions.
