Lead Data Analytics Engineer

Lead the enterprise analytical data modelling approach, including domain, dimensional, and semantic layers for consistent, scalable Data Products.

Drive Analytics Automation using Snowflake Cortex, LLMs, AI agents to improve development productivity, quality, and create reusable automation frameworks.

Provide technical leadership for Analytics Engineering, including mentoring, driving engineering standards, modernisation, and partnering on the technical roadmap.

Strong hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering/Data Engineering with expertise in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and data modelling.

Proven experience building automation, reusable frameworks, and scalable analytical architectures.

Demonstrated technical leadership with complex engineering problem-solving and mentoring senior engineers.

Experience applying GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, or Snowflake Cortex to automation in engineering.

Engineer-leader who combines strategic direction with hands-on design, coding, and production delivery of analytics solutions.

Experienced in enabling self-service and scalable engineering across distributed analytics teams through reusable tools and frameworks.

Skilled at addressing complex, cross-domain modelling challenges and leading modernization efforts in analytics engineering environments.
