Deep expertise required in Performance Management, Succession Planning, L&D, DEI, and Culture transformation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing change in complex, matrixed organizations with strong agility.
Strategic operator skilled in translating people analytics into business insights and leading data-driven talent pipelines.
