Manager — Finance & Accounts

Full ownership of monthly financial close for multiple legal entities across India, US, and UAE using Zoho Books, including bank reconciliations, accruals, intercompany accounting, and accurate trial balances within 7 working days.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing on Keka, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), Form 16 issuance, and timely salary payments monthly.

Oversee banking operations, compliance calendar (GST, TDS, tax filings, ROC), receivables and collections, provide founders with timely financial insights and forecasts, and drive process improvements with automation and AI tooling.

3–6 years of hands-on finance and accounts experience, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or tech companies sized 50–300 employees.

B.Com or M.Com degree; CA Intermediate or semi-qualified CA strongly preferred.

Experience managing export-of-services accounting (foreign currency invoicing, GST exports, LUT, FIRC/FEMA) and payroll compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) personally.

Experience handling accounting for multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions; familiarity with Zoho Books and Keka tools preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in in-house finance roles with exposure to tech or SaaS businesses operating cross-border entities (India, US, UAE).

Demonstrates accountability with the ability to independently manage deadlines and deliver month-end closes without supervision.

Comfortable integrating finance knowledge with automation tools and working closely with founders and external auditors.
