Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in relevant financial services programme roles.

Experienced in managing complex, fast-paced, cross-functional AI or technology initiatives within large global financial institutions.
Skilled in governance frameworks, internal controls, stakeholder engagement across business, technology, risk, and control teams.
