Minimum Requirements
8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Advanced experience with Azure (or AWS/GCP equivalents) and expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
Knowledge of test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and secure coding practices following OWASP guidelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
T-shaped engineer with deep specialization in back-end, front-end, cloud, or DevOps within a Microsoft-centric technology stack (.NET, C#, Azure, React/TypeScript).
Experienced in leading engineering squads in Agile delivery environments with a focus on maintainable, performance-tuned, and resilient applications.
Skilled at mentoring developers and driving continuous improvement in software engineering practices including automation and site reliability engineering.
