Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in quantitative field preferred.
4–6 years experience as Data Analyst or similar role, including 1–2 years mentoring or leading cross-functional analysis.
Advanced technical skills: SQL (Presto/Hive), Python (Pandas, SciPy/Statsmodels), and advanced BI tool expertise (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Location: Must work onsite in Noida office; English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale analytics leadership with ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead junior analysts.
Strong knowledge in experimentation design, causal inference, predictive and ML modeling with AI tool integration experience (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Google Vertex AI).
Demonstrated capability in building AI-augmented analytical pipelines and promoting AI literacy and governance within teams.
