Senior Product Manager

Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap and strategic direction for the Nations Vision multi-tool platform serving hundreds of clients.

Manage core system components including provider-facing claims portal, fee schedule design/configuration, provider network mapping, plan access restrictions, and claims processing engine for accuracy and scalability.

Lead quality assurance initiatives, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement of product tools and workflows.

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits administration, or insurance technology.

Experience managing complex, multi-component systems or platforms.

Working knowledge of database systems and ability to write moderately complex SQL queries.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus.

Experienced in managing high accuracy-critical, interconnected insurance domain systems (claims processing, provider networks, fee schedules).

Strong analytical rigor and detail orientation reflected in ownership of product quality, data integrity, and process improvements.

Capable of balancing client needs, business priorities, and technical constraints while supporting a large and diverse client base at scale.
