Build, monitor, and maintain scalable batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Azure Databricks.
Design and deploy AI-powered applications including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
Lead technical discussions, mentor junior members, and collaborate with stakeholders to define data and AI solution roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, AI, or Analytics.
Proficient in Python and SQL with strong data pipeline, ETL/ELT, and cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with AI/Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models and containerization (Docker).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing scalable, secure data architectures and managing data governance & workflow automation with enterprise tools like Databricks Unity Catalog and Airflow.
Comfortable translating complex technical concepts into business insights and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated by mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and driving best engineering practices in a data science and AI environment.
