About This Role
- Design and build high performance, scalable cloud systems and services managing IPSec/GRE protocols and infrastructure for global cloud security solutions.
- Coordinate with product management, support, and other development teams to ensure service scalability, availability, and supportability.
- Evaluate and contribute to open source technologies used in steering and monitoring network traffic into the Netskope cloud.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in network or cloud security solutions.
- Proficient in C, C++ (C++11), Python, and Typescript programming languages.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, HTTP/s, VLANs, VPN, IPSec, GRE.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional with deep expertise in network and cloud security product development at scale.
- Practitioner familiar with open source technology evaluation and contributions, especially in networking and cloud security domains.
- Operator skilled in development, debugging, and problem resolution for complex distributed cloud systems supporting global customers.
