Drive root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support automation and system enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience in payments, transaction processing, banking operations, fintech, or corporate treasury.
Strong understanding of Nostro/Vostro account operations and break management.
Proficiency with SWIFT/ISO messaging formats and payment lifecycle management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global payment systems, cross-border settlements, and correspondent banking practices.
Analytical and detail-oriented with proven ability to resolve complex reconciliation breaks and manage operational risk controls.
Familiar with reconciliation platforms and regulatory compliance in banking operations, capable of supporting automation and UAT activities.
