Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution, Senior Vice President

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives including strategic planning, tactical execution, and implementation.

Serve as primary liaison for senior business and functional leaders up to Managing Director level, ensuring cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.

Drive transformational change using advanced process improvement and operating model design methodologies, accountable for program success measured by business value and stakeholder feedback.

Minimum 14 years of experience managing complex programs and process transformation projects, including management consulting within financial services.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Proven proficiency in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Experience leading operating model and process transformation programs with delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, and working with Technology teams.

Experienced in advising and leading programs in financial services domains such as Consumer/Institutional Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, or Operations.

Skilled at managing senior stakeholder relationships at executive levels and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring abilities with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments.
