Minimum Requirements
12+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
In-depth knowledge and application of Java, Spring Framework, Messaging Framework.
Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG) and proficiency in Message Oriented Middleware (e.g., JMS, IBM MQ, Kafka).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of applications development with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Experience working with transactional applications emphasizing low latency and high availability, and knowledge of microservice architecture.
Ability to quickly adjust priorities, provide innovative solutions, and serve as a technical advisor or coach within the team.
