Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting and financial services with complex, end-to-end project/program management.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations).
Experience in financial services operating model and process transformation initiatives and working closely with Technology teams on delivery lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex global programs in matrixed financial services environments using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Strong analytical skills with expertise in process mapping, operating model design, business case development, and transforming ambiguous inputs into actionable solutions.
Able to influence and lead diverse stakeholders, communicate complex concepts effectively to senior leadership, and operate independently with high attention to detail and urgency.
