Minimum Requirements
12–15 years of experience in BMS, smart buildings, or digital infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls) or related technical discipline; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
Strong knowledge of Niagara Framework, BACnet/BACnet SC, Modbus, MQTT, OPC, and cloud IoT platforms.
Experience managing teams; exposure to OT cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443) is good to have but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in commercial, workplace, life sciences, or mixed-use building projects with deep technical expertise in building systems and protocols.
Operates effectively at senior level with skills in integration design, data flow mapping, and applying secure-by-design principles for OT networks.
Demonstrates ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and manage project lifecycles across multiple global regions.
