UI/UX Designer Head

Lead end-to-end design of scalable SaaS, web, and mobile applications focusing on complex business workflows like Shopify, accounting, billing, and GST-related products.

Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, prototypes, and use AI tools to optimize design workflows and product experiences.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, Marketing, and Business teams and mentor design team members to ensure consistency and drive conversion optimization.

5+ years of experience in Product Design/UI/UX Design with project leadership experience.

Strong proficiency with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and AI-driven design tools.

Experience designing Shopify, SaaS, enterprise, web, or mobile products involving complex user workflows.

Full-Time role based in Surat; good verbal and written English communication skills.

Experienced in leading design for SaaS products with strong product thinking and user-centered design focus.

Skilled at simplifying complex workflows into intuitive user experiences with expertise in CRO and product growth.

Capable of managing stakeholder collaboration and mentoring design teams in a cross-functional environment.
