Facilitate Agile project delivery in partnership with product managers and cross-functional teams, tailoring processes to team and organizational needs.
Manage project schedules, backlogs, dashboards; conduct stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and provide portfolio-level visibility across multiple projects or programs.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and provide regular status updates with progress and risk metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in Agile or iterative environments.
Familiarity with software products/services; knowledge of Microsoft technologies preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple Agile projects or programs with strong risk management and reporting skills.
Capable of tailoring and facilitating Agile processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications.
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, team members, and vendors in a remote working environment.
