Lead design, engineering, and modernization of mission-critical trader voice platforms including IPC Unigy, Cloud9, and Speakerbus to ensure 24x7 availability and regulatory compliance.

Manage vendor relationships, drive automation through scripting (PowerShell), and lead problem management to improve platform stability and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering experience with deep expertise in Trader Voice/Trading Floor technologies.
Strong hands-on experience specifically with IPC Unigy, Cloud9 Voice, and/or Speakerbus platforms.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL practices, including providing Level 4 production support.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, including Trader Voice platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in mission-critical front-office trading environments, preferably within global investment banking or capital markets.
Proven ability to lead complex incident responses, infrastructure modernization, and trading floor transformation initiatives.
