Quality Engineer

Drive product quality and delivery by defining and implementing quality automation strategies, focusing on achieving a fully automated platform minimizing manual QA.

Collaborate with development teams and Product Owners to develop requirements and innovative testing solutions, especially leveraging Generative AI technologies.

Provide technical leadership, mentor developers and analysts, oversee testing priorities, release roadmaps, and ensure continuous quality improvement across projects.

4-8 years experience in Applications Development, systems analysis, or similar technical lead roles.

Proven experience in quality assurance or product ownership within a technology-driven environment.

Strong proficiency in Java, with scripting skills in Python and Shell; expertise in test automation frameworks like BDD (e.g., Cucumber), TestNG, Rest-Assured, Playwright, or Cypress.

Experience in Financial Services domain, specifically Capital Markets.

Experienced in leading automation quality initiatives integrating Generative AI or AI-powered tools in product testing.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong strategic planning and risk assessment capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, manage projects, and translate strategic vision into actionable automation plans.
