Own and enhance Kubernetes production platform to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Implement and maintain observability covering services, infrastructure, applications including metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to tune databases, troubleshoot systems, build operational runbooks, and influence scalable architecture.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
Strong Linux systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
GCP cloud experience required; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
Work Experience Required: At least 10 years with Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with Master’s, or 5 years with PhD, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and optimizing Kubernetes platforms in production at scale.
Proficient with Terraform, infrastructure as code, and container lifecycle management.
Skilled in performance tuning of databases and distributed systems, with strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
