Operations Staff (MOT)

Execute day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and loading/unloading at Blue Dart operational centers.

Support Shift In-charges by assisting with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring SOP compliance.

Maintain high standards of operational accuracy, safety, and quality while driving productivity and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

10th Standard pass minimum educational qualification.

3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier operations, warehousing, or express distribution.

Physically fit for manual handling, standing, and walking; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Basic English reading, communication skills, and computer/handheld scanner proficiency.

Experienced logistics operations professional familiar with shipment processing, scanning, and warehouse management systems.

Able to work in a structured operational environment with strong adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Capable of supporting team coordination, coaching new staff, and driving operational discipline and continuous improvements.
