Execute and support daily shipment processing and operational activities across service centers, hubs, warehouses, and processing units ensuring high accuracy and productivity.
Assist Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Drive operational discipline to meet service commitments, support operational continuity during peak volumes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10th Standard education.
3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
Physically fit to perform operational activities involving standing, walking, and manual shipment handling.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations, preferably with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Strong adherence to operational discipline, process compliance, and quality standards to minimize errors and ensure safety.
Able to support and coach junior operations staff, assist in workload balancing, and contribute to operational improvements under Shift In-charge supervision.
