Director of Operations

Lead and oversee all operational functions of the hotel including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Security, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Front Office.

Ensure alignment with corporate strategies, brand standards, financial objectives, and guest satisfaction targets.

Drive operational excellence, maintain brand compliance, achieve financial goals, and develop departmental leaders across the hotel.

Minimum 10 years progressive hotel operations experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.

University degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Spa Operations, budgeting, forecasting, and luxury hospitality standards.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in hotel operations, including senior leadership roles.

Experienced senior hotel operations leader with demonstrated success managing multiple departments in luxury hospitality.

Proven ability to align operational execution with corporate strategy and brand standards for financial and guest satisfaction outcomes.

Skilled in developing departmental leaders and driving a high-performance, service-focused culture in complex hotel environments.
